These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WaveGG website, platform tools, automation bots, digital credit systems, and associated digital services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the WaveGG platform (wavegg.com), inviting or interacting with the WaveGG Discord Application (WaveGG#2101), or utilizing our digital infrastructure, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.
2. Scope of the WaveGG Ecosystem
WaveGG is a modular digital platform engineered to provide high-performance infrastructure for online communities, gaming servers, and web automation. Our services currently include, and are continuously expanding to encompass:
- Discord Bot features, including automated interactive stock status panels, server management, and role-based permissions.
- High-retention member presence and automated voice channel (VC) lounge infrastructure.
- Digital platform credit management (WaveCoins) for automated dispatch and processing.
- Upcoming web utilities, community engagement tools, game automation, and developer APIs planned across future platform releases.
3. Acceptable Use & Discord Compliance
Users of WaveGG and our Discord applications must comply with all applicable local laws, industry standards, and third-party platform terms:
- You must adhere to the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.
- You may not use WaveGG tools or bots to conduct malicious spamming, server raids, network interference, or unauthorized surveillance.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass security measures, rate-limit systems, or authentication protocols.
4. Virtual Credits, Payments & Refund Policy
WaveGG utilizes an internal digital balance system (User Credits / WaveCoins) to enable automated self-service fulfillment across our product catalogue:
- Digital Nature: Credits and digital services have no cash surrender value outside the platform.
- Fulfillment: Once an automated order or dispatch task is executed by the system, it is considered completed.
- Refunds: Due to the automated delivery of digital goods and server allocations, payments are final. However, if an automated task fails to complete due to platform downtime or internal system error, credits will be re-credited to your account upon review by staff.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive for 99.9% uptime across our web apps, bots, and backend engines. However, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WaveGG reserves the right to modify, update, scale, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security patching, or feature enhancements with or without notice.
6. Platform Development & Engineering
The WaveGG platform, bot architecture, real-time engines, and infrastructure are engineered and maintained by Lead Developer Abdi. All intellectual property, specialized automation scripts, and user interface designs are protected under applicable copyright and software licensing laws.
