Discord Application & Bot Data
When you use slash commands (such as /create panel) or invite the bot to your server, we collect public Discord IDs (User ID, Server/Guild ID, Channel ID) and interaction tokens strictly to deliver the requested status panels, verify administrative permissions, and facilitate automated message updates.
Website & Account Data
When authenticating on our web portal via Discord OAuth2, we receive your Discord User ID, username, and email address to create your session. We maintain an internal ledger of your virtual credit balance (WaveCoins) and transaction timestamps.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We firmly uphold user privacy and will never engage in intrusive telemetry:
- We do NOT read, store, or log private direct messages (DMs) or server chat messages.
- We do NOT listen to, record, or store voice channel audio packets.
- We do NOT store credit card numbers or sensitive financial data (all transactions are securely handled via certified payment networks).
4. How We Use & Protect Your Data
Collected information is exclusively utilized to:
- Execute user-requested bot commands and maintain live stock panel synchronization.
- Authenticate accounts and ensure accurate delivery of purchased digital credits and services.
- Prevent unauthorized abuse, rate-limit violations, and malicious exploits.
Zero Third-Party Commercial Sharing: WaveGG never sells, trades, rents, or licenses your personal data to advertising networks or third-party brokers.
5. Data Retention & Right to Deletion
We retain active panel configurations and account balances only as long as you utilize our services. If you remove the WaveGG bot from your server, you may request complete deletion of associated server configurations, panel IDs, or account data at any time by contacting our support team. Requests are processed within 48 business hours.
6. Platform Development & Data Controller
Data governance, infrastructure architecture, and technical security implementations for WaveGG are managed by Lead Developer Abdi. We adhere strictly to standard data privacy frameworks and the Discord Developer Data Protection Agreement.
